5. The Operator undertakes not to disclose information received from the User. At the same time, disclosure of information shall not be deemed a breach of obligations in cases where such disclosure is required by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without a time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools

The Operator blocks personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of an application or request by the User or their legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, for the period of verification, in the event that inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are detected.

8. The User's personal data is destroyed upon:

- the User's independent deletion of data from their personal page using the «delete account» functionality available to the User through the profile settings;
- the Operator's deletion of information posted by the User, as well as the User's personal page, in cases established by the sale and purchase agreement (offer);
- withdrawal by the personal data subject of consent to the processing of personal data.

Cookies

Our website uses one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers the language you chose (English or Russian), so that pages open in that language while you browse. This cookie is necessary for the language setting to work. It contains no personal data, is not used for analytics or advertising, and is deleted when you close your browser.

We do not use analytics, advertising or other third-party tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this section and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, but it will not remember your language.
