Dam Fishing

If you enjoy sitting with a rod on the lakeshore and then showing off your catch to friends, this is just what you need.

The man-made reservoir is home to carp, roach, perch, catfish and other freshwater fish; if you like, you can take one perch home with you, and photograph the rest of your catch as a keepsake.

Picnic time, when you’ll be offered sandwiches, crackers, fruit, tea, coffee, juice and wine, is the perfect moment to swap fishing stories. Fishing tackle and bait are provided.
